A Rubber suction nozzle combines a contact lip with a passage connected to the suction arrangement. The lip needs to meet the target surface, while the passage must remain clear for the intended airflow. A correctly shaped contact face can still perform poorly if the nozzle is distorted at its connection or obstructed internally.
ETOL can customize the rubber geometry, dimensions and color for the mating connection and handled surface. Compare the target area's curvature and finish with the lip profile. Include the approach angle, since a nozzle presented at an angle may contact on one side before the remainder of the lip can seat.
