Match the attachment and installation method
A Rubber vibration absorb pad provides a flexible layer within a mounting arrangement. For the cushion to act in its intended role, the surrounding structure should not create an unintended rigid contact that bypasses the rubber.
ETOL can customize shape, dimensions, compound, hardness and color, including self-adhesive constructions. Identify the intended supporting area and assembled clearance. A screw head, raised edge or adjoining bracket can contact the mating part before the pad has reached its designed condition.
Install the pad on a prepared surface according to the selected attachment method. Check the complete assembly through its intended movement and inspect for hard contact elsewhere. Evaluate the required cushioning behavior with the actual load and supports in place. During maintenance, examine the exposed rubber and the attachment interface for displacement or permanent compression. If the pad repeatedly moves, correct the contact or retention arrangement before replacement. Adding a second layer without reviewing the assembly can alter height and alignment rather than resolve the original bypass path.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
