Custom rubber mounts for machines provide flexible support within an equipment installation. The rubber body is only one part of that arrangement. Cables, pipes, guards, and neighboring structures can influence how the supported machine moves and whether another path bypasses the intended compliant connection.
Review those surrounding items after they are fitted. The machine should remain correctly located, with enough clearance from rigid parts during its intended operation. A mount should not be expected to correct an external connection that pulls the machine away from its natural position. The support pattern also needs to accommodate the actual distribution of weight.
Choose the dimensions and compound around the local conditions and required installed separation. During inspection, look beyond visible rubber wear to changes in adjacent gaps or rubbing marks. These can indicate a change in the whole installation. Restore the intended seating and connections before selecting a replacement mount so the new part works within the arrangement for which it was developed.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Cables, pipes, guards, and neighboring structures can influence how the supported machine moves and whether another path bypasses the intended compliant connection. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a connection type, then compare body dimensions and metric threads. D, H and L are in millimeters; H excludes projecting studs. The M designation identifies the metric thread.
157 sizes with a male stud at each end. Compare body diameter D, body height H, thread size and projecting stud length L.
