A colored silicone washer gasket is a flat annular component for a joint that needs a shaped rubber interface around a central opening. Custom inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness allow the washer to follow the available sealing face. Color can distinguish the part from neighboring washers during assembly without changing the basic ring geometry.
Choose the hole size around the component passing through it, including any shoulder or thread that the washer must clear during installation. The outside diameter should remain supported by the mating face. If it overhangs a recess, the unsupported edge may move differently from the compressed portion when the joint is tightened.
Thickness affects the assembled spacing as well as compression. Check the closed position of the joint instead of selecting a thicker washer simply to make it feel softer. Keep the ring flat while bringing the faces together, and avoid trapping it on a thread crest. For replacement, match the actual dimensions and silicone formulation in addition to the color, since appearance alone does not define fluid or temperature suitability.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
