Match the attachment and installation method
Silicone rubber seal rings need a defined seat that keeps the contact profile in its intended orientation. During fitting, a ring can roll or twist as it passes over a mating feature, leaving uneven contact that may be hidden once the joint is closed.
ETOL offers custom sizes, materials, hardness and colors. Compare the actual cross-section and seat dimensions before installation. Select the compound for the intended medium, temperature and service exposure, with the required sealing function evaluated in the complete assembly.
Handle the ring without dragging it over burrs or sharp corners. Position it uniformly and inspect the circumference before bringing the mating surfaces together. Keep debris away from the contact path and use the assembly method appropriate to the joint. During servicing, release the system as required and examine the removed ring for uneven flattening or cuts. If the ring has twisted repeatedly, review the installation path and locating geometry before replacement rather than stretching another ring through the same obstructed route.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
