A silicone rubber bellows cover places a flexible barrier around a compatible mechanism. Its folded wall allows a specified movement while the end connections locate the cover. To assess dust or moisture protection, inspect the space being protected as well as the appearance of the outer wall.
Trial the assembled cover through its operating positions using the exposure conditions required by the application. Examine whether the end edges remain seated and whether movement draws the wall against any internal feature. An intact outside surface does not show whether contamination has passed around an end joint.
ETOL can adapt the profile, dimensions, material hardness and color. The selected compound and connection need to suit the particular environment; a general waterproof description does not establish an enclosure rating or an allowable immersion condition.
Clean around the attachments before removing the cover for inspection. Check the protected side for debris and compare any entry point with the condition of the corresponding end seat. Replace damaged parts using the specified profile so the movement envelope is retained. After refitting, verify the cover at both travel limits rather than only at its resting position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
