A silicone rubber grommet separates a routed cable from the edge of a matching opening. This product range also lists EPDM, SBR and NBR options, which should be treated as different material selections rather than one combined specification. The required compound belongs with the dimensions when the part is approved.
Define the environment at the cable passage, including fluid exposure, cleaning and operating temperature. Then check the groove diameter, panel thickness and cable clearance independently. A part can be mechanically suitable but made from a formulation not selected for that environment.
ETOL can adjust structure, hardness and color to the intended design. Keep a clear identification for the approved material when similar-looking grommets are stored together. During fitting, confirm that the groove is seated without folds and that the cable route does not displace it. If replacing an old component, inspect the panel edge and cable jacket as well as the rubber. Matching color and outside diameter alone is insufficient to preserve the original entry specification.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Then check the groove diameter, panel thickness and cable clearance independently. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
