A soft silicone rubber sleeve can follow a component through a limited installation bend when its geometry is developed for that route. The bore, wall thickness and length influence whether it flexes smoothly or forms a local crease. Softness alone does not ensure a useful fit around every bend.
Custom dimensions, material and color allow the sleeve to match the assembly. Consider the shape it must pass over during fitting as well as its final position. A connector or enlarged end may require the sleeve to be installed earlier rather than stretched beyond its intended installation method.
Check the fitted sleeve for inward folding and for a sharp transition where the covered component exits. The surrounding supports should preserve the planned bend without forcing one side of the rubber against an edge. Select the silicone formulation for the actual temperature and exposure. During maintenance, inspect a recurring crease for damage and review the route if it remains compressed in the same position. Replacing the sleeve with an equally soft part will not correct an unchanged bend constraint.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
