A Silicone rubber square gasket sits between mating faces as a custom flat sealing component. Its square outline should remain aligned as the upper part is brought into place. Sliding a cover across the gasket can move a straight run or fold a corner before the joint is fully closed.
Locate the gasket on its intended seating surface and align any holes before applying closure force. Keep the material relaxed rather than stretching it to reach a fastening point. Custom dimensions, colors and hardness choices from 20 to 80 Shore A allow the part to suit the selected joint. Check the perimeter as the assembly closes, particularly near corners that are hard to see from above. During disassembly, inspect whether a shifted section has been cut or permanently flattened. Clear the mating faces before installing a replacement and correct any guide or assembly path that drags the seal out of place. The right material cannot compensate for a gasket that no longer follows its intended sealing path.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
