A silicone silk screen printing button combines a molded pressing surface with a printed symbol, word, or other identifying mark. The printing can communicate the button's function without requiring a separate label beside it. Custom dimensions and color make it possible to coordinate the button with the surrounding control panel.
The available print area is the surface that remains visible after the button is fitted. A wide loose key can have part of its edge concealed beneath the bezel, so legend placement should follow the assembled view. Small lettering needs sufficient space to remain recognizable, and a clear contrast between the print and base color helps separate the command from the background.
For a group of buttons, arrange the legends in the orientation in which the product will be held or operated. The physical button must still travel freely within its opening; a readable marking cannot compensate for a key that catches on the panel. During care, clean the printed surface using the method established for the finished product and avoid scraping residue away with a sharp object. Review worn legends when inspecting frequently used controls.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
