Silicone numeric buttons should be arranged so users can move between numbers without unintentionally pressing adjacent controls. The key spacing, surface height and surrounding housing define that interaction. The conductive arrangement beneath each key must stay aligned with the corresponding circuit contact.
Custom dimensions, colors and markings allow the keypad to follow the product's number layout. Printed, raised or recessed legends should remain readable at the normal viewing angle. Avoid placing identifying details where flexing or housing contact makes them difficult to see during use.
Evaluate number entry on the complete assembly using sequences that move across rows and columns. Check edge presses, held keys and return after release with the actual conductive material and circuit. The enclosure fastening should be complete before the final response is assessed. During assembly, keep the underside clean and avoid stretching the keypad to align it. If one row behaves differently, inspect the local support and contact position as well as the individual buttons before changing the molded geometry.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
