A silicone suction cup creates a flexible contact region for vacuum gripping. This custom cup can be sized and colored for the intended component or equipment arrangement, with the silicone formulation selected for the working conditions. The surface beneath the cup is a key part of the selection: its shape and condition must allow the lip to establish contact.
Compare the cup footprint with the usable area on the item. A larger diameter is not automatically helpful if the lip crosses an edge or surface interruption. Check contact in the actual position, including any tendency for the workpiece to tilt as it is handled. Holding performance needs to be evaluated with the complete vacuum arrangement.
During use, keep the contacting rim clean and avoid dragging it across abrasive debris. Release the vacuum before moving the cup away where the system permits, rather than pulling a loaded lip sideways. Inspect the rim for a small cut or folded region if gripping becomes inconsistent. Replacing a damaged cup restores the intended geometry; extra pressing force may only conceal the problem temporarily.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
