Silicone switch buttons within a custom keypad need their travel coordinated with the support and circuit beneath the sheet. The external key shapes can identify different functions, but each lower contact must still reach its intended switching location. The surrounding web should locate the group without transferring one press into unintended movement of a neighboring button.
Check the enclosure openings, key spacing, and perimeter retention. Select markings that remain visible in the installed panel and suit the intended viewing angle. The molded sheet should fit naturally rather than being stretched to align its final locating feature.
Keep switching regions clean during assembly and test the completed controls after the housing is fastened. Include off center presses and combinations relevant to normal use, then check return. During service, inspect shared support and seating when several keys change behavior together. Preserve the intended profile during replacement instead of adding improvised material beneath one button, which can disturb the travel relationship across the common keypad.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
