Rectangular rubber feet provide small, molded contact pads beneath an equipment base. The rectangular footprint can suit a narrow rail or another mounting area where a round pad would extend beyond the available support. Hardness and dimensions need to be selected around the equipment and its mounting arrangement.
Distinguish the pad's length and width when positioning it. The long direction may need to align with the supporting member, and the full contact area should remain beneath the intended load path. Pad thickness also influences the installed height and clearances below the equipment.
Assess the complete setup under its normal operating conditions. A hard rubber pad does not establish a particular vibration reduction by itself; the load distribution and movement of the supported assembly matter. Keep all support positions compatible so that the base does not rock. Clean particles from the contact surfaces before installation, and inspect for displacement or edge damage during maintenance. Replace pads with matching geometry and material rather than mixing heights beneath the same base.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
