Walking cane protective silicone rubber tips must match the specific cane's receiving end and intended support arrangement. A small tip that can be stretched over the shaft is not automatically a suitable replacement. The cavity depth, retention and contact face all affect how the cane rests during use.
Check compatibility with the cane's established configuration rather than selecting a general furniture cap with a similar opening. The silicone designation alone does not establish load capability or suitability for a mobility aid. The shaft end should also be free from damage that could cut or displace the replacement tip.
Inspect the tip and its retention as part of the cane's required care. A worn, split or loose contact component should be replaced through the appropriate replacement arrangement before continued use. Keep the contact face clean and watch for uneven wear that changes the original profile. Do not use extra layers or an approximate size to conceal a poor fit between the cane and its intended tip.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
