A Solid Silicone Plug can be customized for a pipe fitting or bottle opening, with its working profile chosen for the actual application. The solid body provides the closure, while the engagement surface determines how it sits and can be removed. Similar sized openings can still require different insertion depths or contact materials.
For a pipe fitting, account for internal steps and the space available beyond the rim. For a bottle, include the neck profile and access to the exposed grip. Do not assume a plug evaluated for one is suitable for the other merely because it can be pushed into both. Structure, compound, dimensions, hardness and color can be tailored. Trial the selected part with the intended contents and handling before regular use. Clean the contact region after removal and inspect for marks left by a sharp edge. If a closure begins sitting at a different depth, review wear and the mating surface rather than repeatedly pushing farther to recreate the previous feeling of tightness.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
