EPDM rubber feet for chair applications provide a custom interface between the chair structure and the floor. A special shape can follow a leg profile or mounting feature that a standard round foot would not accommodate. The floor contact surface should be considered together with the angle of the chair leg.
An angled leg can load one side of a foot more heavily than the other. The installed geometry should place the intended contact face against the floor instead of leaving the chair standing on a narrow edge. Assess the complete chair on its intended surface and check all feet for stable contact. A matching outside color is useful visually, but matching support height and fit is essential to the assembly.
Remove grit from beneath the feet during ordinary cleaning. Surface protection depends on both the rubber condition and the absence of abrasive particles at the contact point. If a foot wears unevenly or becomes loose, examine the leg and mounting seat before fitting a replacement. Keep the replacement orientation correct so its shaped surface meets the floor as intended.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
