A silicone suction cup relies on contact between its sealing lip and a suitable surface. The direction and position of the supported force are important because a load acting away from the center can encourage the lip to peel at one side. A strong straight pull in one test does not describe every installed condition.
Consider how the attached component projects from the surface and whether it can rotate or swing. The mounting arrangement should keep the intended force path compatible with the cup's contact. The available surface needs enough uninterrupted area for the lip, without a nearby edge or groove crossing its seating path.
Evaluate the complete setup with the relevant movement and exposure, including changes in surface cleanliness. Inspect for a sealing edge that starts lifting under an offset load even while most of the cup remains attached. Keep the rim free of damage and use the intended release method instead of pulling on a remote part of the holder. Holding capability must be established for the actual application rather than inferred from the product name.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
