Custom silicone key cover keypads need a retained perimeter that works with the device housing. The button faces and flexible sections should operate freely while the surrounding base remains seated. Where the product needs moisture protection, that interface is part of the complete enclosure design.
Check the supports beneath the common mat and the clearance around each moving key. A local clamp can restrict travel, while an uneven edge can prevent the intended seating. The molded dimensions should be developed with the housing and internal mechanism rather than only the visible layout.
Evaluate the finished device under its required operating and protection conditions. The silicone layer alone does not establish a waterproof rating. During installation, keep contacting regions clean and inspect for folds before fastening the enclosure. Test key return and adjacent presses after assembly. If the device is opened for maintenance, restore the same supported perimeter and locating arrangement before checking the complete control interface again.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
