This flexible rubber washer is a custom part for assemblies that need a compliant layer at a joint or opening. Its shape can follow the mating surface instead of forcing a standard round washer into an unsuitable space. Available material choices include silicone and other rubbers, selected individually for the intended environment.
A useful starting point is the assembled gap. The washer must fit that space under compression while preserving clearance around the central passage. If the joint closes against a mechanical stop, the relationship between stop height and washer thickness determines the squeeze. If there is no stop, tightening control becomes especially relevant because excessive compression can force material outward.
Fit the part flat, without folding its inner edge into the opening. Recesses, screw heads, and nearby ribs should leave room for the intended contact area. For water sealing, evaluate the finished connection with its actual surfaces and fasteners. During maintenance, remove residue from the seat and replace washers with torn edges or an uneven compressed shape.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
