A rubber sealing washer provides a custom annular interface for a joint that requires a rubber seal. Silicone and other compounds can be selected according to the water exposure, contacting materials and operating conditions. The washer dimensions define the area covered and the space occupied between the mating surfaces.
Trace the intended sealing path around the opening. A continuous ring requires continuous support and contact at the relevant faces. A groove, damaged rim or intersecting feature can interrupt that path even if the washer's diameters match. Check thickness with the joint at its designed closed position so the available space and rubber compression are considered together.
Fit the washer flat on a clean face and keep it centered as the joint closes. Avoid trapping its edge in a thread or drawing it partly into an unsupported opening. Evaluate the finished connection under the actual water conditions it must meet. During maintenance, inspect both the ring and the mating faces; replacing the rubber alone will not correct a cut or distorted surface beneath it.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
