A custom waterproof washer needs a suitable rubber compound and a matched joint geometry. EPDM, SBR and HNBR are material choices for different conditions, so select the actual formulation around the medium, temperature and duration of exposure rather than treating the names as equivalent options.
Compare the center opening, outside contact area and available compression space with the mating components. Rubber washers can be cut or molded in appropriate forms, with the selected shape intended to remain supported when the joint closes.
Clean the seat and position the washer flat before assembly. Keep the inside edge from folding into the passage and inspect for rubber displaced beyond its supporting face. Evaluate the completed joint for the intended sealing duty. During servicing, follow the system's release procedure and examine both washer faces for changes or damage. Correct an uneven seat, incompatible exposure or trapped debris before replacement rather than relying on increased fastening force to compensate for a contact that is not properly established.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
