Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
A rubber damper with screw should remain correctly positioned through the equipment's intended operation. Its custom body and attachment need enough clearance to avoid unwanted rubbing against surrounding hardware. Material selection should follow the contact environment and the movement expected at the installation.
Inspect the mounting surface and the path of nearby components. Repeated contact at one edge may be caused by geometry or alignment rather than the compound alone. The screw engagement should hold the damper at the required height without reaching an obstruction behind the seat.
Fit through the specified fastening procedure and evaluate the complete mechanism under normal conditions. Do not rotate the rubber body to force the thread into place. During care, inspect wear marks and the attachment region together. Replace with the required profile and material, and review adjacent clearance if damage returns in the same area. Preserving the original movement space is part of restoring the intended damper arrangement.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Material selection should follow the contact environment and the movement expected at the installation. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a connection type, then compare body dimensions and metric threads. D, H and L are in millimeters; H excludes projecting studs. The M designation identifies the metric thread.
