A Wear resistant rubber washer forms a custom rubber interface around an opening or passing component. Its service condition depends on the mating faces and any relative movement at the joint. An even contact pattern and localized rubbing call for different fit checks, so a used washer can provide useful clues when choosing a replacement.
Inspect the inner edge, outer edge and both faces separately. Damage concentrated at the bore may indicate contact with the passing component, while a cut across one face can point to debris or an unfinished seating surface. Match the new washer's opening and thickness to the joint rather than copying a permanently stretched old part.
Material, dimensions and color can be customized, with hardness choices from 30 to 90 Shore A. Select the rubber for the actual contact and environment, then assemble it on clean, supported faces. Avoid forcing the washer to bridge a gap outside its intended seating area. During later inspection, compare the wear location with the original issue. If the same mark returns, review alignment or surface condition instead of assuming that a harder washer alone will solve it.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
