NBR rubber feet provide custom contact points beneath a device, separating its base from the surface on which it stands. Their seating geometry and projection should match the device so that the support remains consistent after maintenance or relocation. The part can be customized in shape, size, and color around that requirement.
Consider how the device is handled during service. A foot located near a removable panel may be disturbed whenever the base is opened, while another may remain untouched. The retention arrangement should allow the intended maintenance sequence without leaving the device resting on an incomplete set of supports. Before returning the unit to use, confirm that every foot is present and seated to the same intended condition.
Keep the contact surfaces free of abrasive debris. If a device begins to rock, inspect the supporting surface and the mounting seats as well as the rubber. Replacing a single worn foot with an unsuitable height can shift the load onto other positions. Use the correct version for the assembly and assess stability with the device fully equipped.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
