Industrial rubber feet can be custom molded as support components or bumper forms for a particular assembly. Define whether the part carries a standing load or receives contact during movement. The mounting, working face and available deformation space should follow that role rather than using one shape for every location.
For support, check the complete equipment's resting position and the contact beneath each foot. For a bumper, check the approach of the opposing component and where it meets the rubber. Both arrangements need the part to remain correctly located without an edge being dragged or pinched.
Select the finished compound for the mechanical and environmental conditions. Evaluate the intended behavior on the complete assembly, without treating a molded foot as a hydraulic mechanism. During maintenance, inspect for local wear and persistent distortion. Match replacements by working geometry and material, and review alignment if the same contact region repeatedly fails. A durable component still needs support and clearance suited to its actual use.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. For support, check the complete equipment's resting position and the contact beneath each foot. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
