Product Overview

A molded anti vibration rubber washer places a flexible layer between mating parts. The central hole should locate around the intended feature while the outside diameter provides the required contact area without interfering with surrounding hardware.

ETOL can customize size, compound, hardness and color. Define the assembled compression as well as the free washer thickness. A loose washer that seems thick enough may behave differently once a fastener or mating face applies its final load.

Position the washer flat before tightening and watch for the hole being pulled off center. Uneven contact can squeeze rubber toward one edge while another region remains lightly loaded. Evaluate vibration-related behavior with the complete mounting arrangement and its intended operating conditions. During servicing, release the load before repositioning the washer so its surface is not dragged while compressed. Inspect for a permanent groove, split or displaced edge before reuse. Correct a misaligned mating face or sharp hardware edge rather than expecting a fresh washer to accommodate the same damaging contact repeatedly.

Material options
Rubber. Custom formulation and color for the intended contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Rubber: 30–90 Shore A. A loose washer that seems thick enough may behave differently once a fastener or mating face applies its final load.
Custom dimensions
The central hole should locate around the intended feature while the outside diameter provides the required contact area without interfering with surrounding hardware.
Fit & assembly
Position the washer flat before tightening and watch for the hole being pulled off center.
Use & inspection
During servicing, release the load before repositioning the washer so its surface is not dragged while compressed.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
