A protective sleeve bushing covers a selected contact region so the routed component is separated from an abrasive edge. The protected length should include the point where contact actually occurs, which may sit beyond the visible opening once the assembly is in its final position.
ETOL customizes the dimensions, material, hardness and color. Inspect the route with the mating component installed and identify where it approaches nearby hardware. A sleeve that stops short of that point can leave the vulnerable region exposed despite an apparently tidy entrance.
Fit the bushing without bunching its wall and keep its ends clear of sharp shoulders. After the surrounding supports are secured, check that the protected region has not shifted. During maintenance, look for a localized groove or polished patch that indicates repeated contact. Adjust the route or sleeve length to address the cause instead of rotating the worn area away from view. Keep debris out of the bore during reassembly, and replace rubber with a split wall before the underlying part can touch the hard surface directly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
