A rubber foot with metal washer combines a rubber contact body with a hardware element in the attachment area. For chair use, the washer, fastener arrangement, and rubber profile should fit the chair leg and its supporting surface. Their relationship determines how the foot is held and where the load enters the rubber.
Check the complete attachment before fastening. The washer should sit in its intended location, and the hardware should not protrude through the working face toward the floor. Tightening must suit the design rather than crush the rubber to make the foot appear secure. The leg angle and installed foot height should also match the chair's support layout.
Evaluate the chair with all feet fitted and inspect for rocking or uneven contact. Keep grit away from the lower rubber surface. If the foot loosens, check the washer and receiving leg area as well as the rubber. Replacement should preserve the full hardware and molded profile together so the attachment is restored without changing the chair's intended floor contact.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The leg angle and installed foot height should also match the chair's support layout. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
