Custom flat glass table suction cups provide rubber contact points within a table assembly. Their geometry should suit the glass surface and the structure that supports the cups. Size and profile need to be coordinated across the intended contact locations so that each cup can meet the glass as designed.
Check the supporting arrangement before placing the glass. A height difference or misaligned support can leave one cup partly unloaded or prevent another from sitting evenly. Keep the glass contact surface and rubber lips clean, since grit can interfere with contact and become trapped beneath the tabletop. The cups should not be used to force an incorrectly aligned table structure into position.
Evaluate the complete table under its intended conditions, including the direction of contact and any movement expected during use. Cup appearance alone does not establish a holding capacity or replace the table's structural supports. During cleaning or relocation, release the contact carefully and inspect the rubber for damage. Refit the correct profile at each support point so the original tabletop arrangement is maintained.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
