Silicone rubber feet with self adhesive tape need a bonding surface that the selected tape can actually contact. Molded texture, shallow lettering, or a curved base can leave small unsupported regions beneath an apparently well positioned foot. The useful bond area is the area in contact, which may be less than the pad's visible footprint.
Choose the foot dimensions around a suitable location on the base. Include the support height required when the product is loaded and the direction of normal handling. If the base cannot offer a flat seat, the fixing arrangement needs to account for that geometry rather than relying on additional pressure to flatten the rubber permanently.
Clean and prepare the surface in a manner compatible with both the substrate and adhesive. Press the pad across its full supported area and follow the adhesive's application conditions. Inspect the edges after the product has been handled or moved. A recurring loose section over the same base feature can indicate incomplete contact and should prompt a change to the seating arrangement.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
