Match the attachment and installation method
A plastic nut suction cup with M4, M8 or M10 thread options should use the variant developed for its mounting arrangement. Thread diameter, engagement length and the surrounding bearing surfaces need to be specified together. A larger thread does not by itself establish a stronger suction contact or a suitable load rating.
Custom cup dimensions, rubber material, hardness and color can match the application. Check the plastic nut's fit with the intended hardware and available installation space. The fastening method should secure the attachment without distorting the flexible cup face.
Evaluate each selected configuration on the actual surface and under its intended force direction. Inspect the rim after tightening for even contact. Keep thread variants identified during assembly so similar cup faces are not treated as interchangeable. During maintenance, examine the nut and mating thread for damage or loosening separately from the suction face. If an attachment variant is changed, review the complete mounting geometry and contact behavior rather than assuming that the same outside cup size preserves the original arrangement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
