Vibration rubber feet form custom support points beneath equipment, placing flexible material between the device and the supporting surface. Their installed projection should keep the intended base areas clear while maintaining a stable stance. The shape and compound can be developed around the actual underside layout.
Check the equipment with its ordinary contents and connections present. A protruding screw, housing rib, or another rigid feature should not reach the supporting surface before the feet do. Such contact can change the support arrangement even if every rubber foot appears correctly fitted. The contact pattern should remain stable across the intended operating condition.
Routine inspection should include the area around the feet as well as their working faces. Debris beneath one support can tilt the unit, while wear can reduce its projection. If the device begins to rock or touch the bench elsewhere, review the complete underside before changing the foot size. Replacements should restore the specified support geometry rather than introduce a different height at a single position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
