A 30x60mm oval rubber grommet lines a panel cutout measuring 30 by 60 mm at the groove. The corresponding listed part has a 38 by 68 mm outer outline and a 26 by 56 mm internal passage. It protects cables from the panel edge while leaving an elongated route through the opening.
Installation access behind the panel is worth checking early. The far flange must pass through and settle around the cutout, and nearby equipment can make that movement difficult. A part that lies neatly on the front face may still have an unseated section behind it.
The table includes groove widths for panel thicknesses of 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 mm. Overall part thickness changes with the selected version, so identify the groove width directly when matching the wall.
Fit the rubber before filling the area with cables wherever the assembly sequence allows. Inspect the concealed edge while access remains available, then route the cable through the 26 by 56 mm passage without levering against one end. After nearby components are installed, confirm that they do not press on the rear flange or force the cable into a tight sideways bend.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Overall part thickness changes with the selected version, so identify the groove width directly when matching the wall. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
