An anti-slip silicone rubber pipe tube sleeve adds a flexible outer interface to a matched tube or pipe. Its internal profile should retain the sleeve in the intended position without relying on continuous hand pressure to stop it moving along the support.
ETOL can customize dimensions, material, hardness and color. Check the finished tube surface and any change in diameter along the engagement length. A coating, taper or joint can affect the fit even when the nominal pipe size remains the same.
Seat the sleeve through the intended assembly route and inspect both ends for rolling. Evaluate its contact in the actual handling or support arrangement, including the conditions of the surfaces it meets. During use checks, watch for gradual migration toward an obstruction or a nearby connector. Keep grit out from beneath the sleeve when cleaning and inspect for a split edge before refitting. If the sleeve repeatedly moves, revise its fit or retention arrangement rather than stretching it farther along the tube to gain temporary contact.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
