Product Overview

An Anti Vibration Rubber Sleeve surrounds a cable or group of cables with a flexible protective layer. It can help organize the run and separate the cable covering from nearby surfaces that might rub against it. The listed use includes bundling cables or covering a single cable, with custom sleeve designs available.

The length of the protected area should follow the location of possible contact. Covering only the visible middle of a cable may leave an unprotected transition beside a bracket. At the same time, a sleeve should not force the run into a bend that the cable cannot accept.

Compound, wall geometry and support arrangement affect the fitted behavior. No measured vibration reduction or electrical insulation rating is assigned here.

Check that the sleeve does not slide away from the area it is meant to protect. Where cables enter or leave, avoid abrupt pressure from tight ties. During maintenance, inspect those transitions and any hidden contact face for wear, because a tidy outside appearance can conceal rubbing underneath.

Material options
Custom rubber compound and color, selected for the contact conditions and required geometry.
Hardness range
30–90 Shore A for rubber. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: At the same time, a sleeve should not force the run into a bend that the cable cannot accept.
Custom profile & fit

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
