A rubber sleeve bearing introduces a compliant cylindrical interface around a matching part. Whether that interface supports limited movement, cushions contact or serves another purpose depends on the complete design. A rubber sleeve should not be treated as a general replacement for a bearing intended for continuous rotation.
Define the expected movement and the surrounding contact surfaces before choosing the geometry. Bore size, wall thickness and sleeve length affect both fit and deformation. If the part is used around a wire, keep its edge-protection role separate from any required electrical insulation rating, which is not established by the rubber description alone.
Install against smooth surfaces and avoid catching the sleeve on a thread or sharp shoulder. Check that compression has not closed the bore more than intended. During operation, watch accessible contact areas for signs of rubbing or material displacement. Replacement selection should preserve the working clearances, since a visually similar sleeve with a thicker wall can change the behavior of the supported part significantly.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
