A Rubber tapered cable sleeve provides a changing profile around a cable route. Its flexible covering helps organize the route and separate cable jackets from abrasive surroundings. A tapered form can be developed where the protected section needs different space at its two ends.
Identify the direction of the taper in relation to the wiring. A broad end around a bundle and a smaller end near a lead require different clearances, and neither should squeeze the cable merely to hold the sleeve in place. Include wraps, branch positions and connectors when considering how the sleeve will be fitted.
Choose the compound for the contact environment and the internal shape for the cable arrangement.
Check the transition after bending the cable into its operating position. The sleeve should not bunch into a ridge that pushes against an enclosure or concentrate pressure at the narrow end. During removal, release any external restraints first instead of pulling the tapered section along the cable under tension. Replace a damaged sleeve if its split edge can catch neighboring wiring.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
