Product Overview

Equipment vacuum suction cups for automation machinery need to be selected around the complete contact cycle. The cup must approach the work surface, establish its intended contact, carry the relevant motion, and release in a controlled manner. Cup profile and material are therefore considered together with the machine's support, vacuum arrangement, and movement.

Check the surface condition across the items the machine will handle. Texture, curvature, seams, or changing cleanliness can affect the rim contact. The mounting arrangement should let the cup meet the surface without being tilted by the attached structure, and the load direction should be assessed through acceleration and changes of direction.

Use the actual operating sequence when evaluating the assembled system. Include the conditions at first contact and during release, since a cup that seals at rest may still be dragged or peeled by an unsuitable motion path. No holding capacity should be assigned without that application specific assessment.

Maintenance access should allow the rim and connection to be inspected without disturbing unrelated adjustments. Keep debris out of the contact area and replace cups with cuts or persistent distortion. When wear appears in a repeated location, compare it with the work surface and the approach path. Correcting the cause helps the replacement start in the intended operating condition rather than reproduce the same damage cycle.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Cup profile and material are therefore considered together with the machine's support, vacuum arrangement, and movement.
Custom geometry
Check the surface condition across the items the machine will handle.
Fit evaluation
No holding capacity should be assigned without that application specific assessment.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
