Pneumatic silicone rubber suction cups work at the contact end of a system that supplies the required vacuum arrangement. The cup lip must seal against the workpiece while the connection allows the system to operate as intended. A pneumatic-system description does not mean the rubber cup independently generates suction.
Match the mounting interface, air passage and contact profile to the receiving equipment. Surface texture, porosity and contamination can affect the contact, while leakage at a fitting can reduce the available vacuum without a visible rim defect. The selected material must also suit the workpiece and environment.
Evaluate holding behavior under the actual system settings, orientation and movement. Do not infer a load rating from cup diameter or rubber softness alone. During maintenance, inspect both the contact lip and the connection path, including any obstruction in the passage. Replace a damaged cup rather than treating a change in system settings as a lasting correction for a rim that no longer makes its intended contact.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
