Match the attachment and installation method
Screw rubber suction cups in a miniature design need enough room for both the fastening feature and the working rim. The receiving thread must match the selected connection without obstructing an intended passage or twisting the cup body. A small outside diameter does not establish a carrying capacity.
Check the surface area available for contact. A particle or seam can occupy a significant portion of a small rim, and the attached item's position can apply force away from the cup's axis. The selected silicone formulation should suit the receiving surface and operating conditions.
Evaluate the complete configuration rather than relying on fastening resistance or a light hand contact test. Keep the rim clean and use the intended release method during removal. During servicing, inspect the narrow transition between the connection and cup body for damage. A replacement should preserve that geometry as well as the thread so the contact face remains aligned with the surface in the original mounting space.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
