This custom silicone rubber seal forms a compressible interface shaped for the receiving assembly. The outline and thickness can follow the joint rather than forcing a standard profile into an unsuitable space. The intended sealing area should remain continuous around the opening or mating feature.
Check where fasteners, corners, and changes in section influence compression. A seal may contact firmly near a screw while remaining lightly supported between fastening points. The surrounding parts need sufficient alignment and support to bring the rubber into its intended working position.
Choose the compound for the actual medium, temperature, and cleaning conditions. Install the seal on clean mating surfaces without stretching it out of shape. Inspect the perimeter as the joint is closed, looking for a trapped or displaced section. Any required waterproof behavior must be evaluated on the completed assembly under its expected exposure conditions. During service, replace damaged rubber and inspect the adjoining surfaces so an uneven or scratched seat does not undermine the fit of a new seal.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
