Product Overview

A rubber glass sucker needs a lip that can sit continuously on the intended glass surface. The body's connection must allow that contact rather than hold the cup at an angle. A smooth-looking pane may still contain residue or a surface feature that interrupts the rim.

Select the profile around the actual contact area and direction of force. If the cup connects to a vacuum arrangement, evaluate the passage and fitting alongside the rubber lip. The component alone does not establish a handling capacity or make an incomplete assembly suitable for lifting glass.

Check the complete setup under its intended conditions before use. Keep contact surfaces clean and release the cup through its designed method rather than pulling until the rim separates abruptly. During maintenance, inspect both the lip and the transition toward the mounting feature. Replace a damaged cup with the defined geometry so the original surface contact and connection relationship are preserved instead of only matching the visible outside diameter.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Select the profile around the actual contact area and direction of force.
Custom geometry
If the cup connects to a vacuum arrangement, evaluate the passage and fitting alongside the rubber lip.
Fit evaluation
Check the complete setup under its intended conditions before use.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
