A rectangular silicone rubber sealing gasket needs its corner radii and straight sections matched to the receiving seat. Overall length and width do not fully define how the ring will lie. A corner that is too tight or too broad can pull adjacent sections away from their intended contact.
Custom dimensions, hardness and color allow the silicone profile to follow the assembly. Define the section thickness and available compression with the actual mating surfaces. The selected formulation should suit the medium, temperature and cleaning process.
During fitting, position the gasket without stretching the long sides to force the corners into place. Check the entire perimeter before closing the joint. Follow the intended fastening sequence and inspect for a section dragged outside its seat. Evaluate the complete seal under representative operating conditions. During maintenance, compare corner marks with those along the straight sections. Uneven compression may indicate a local housing condition or closure sequence issue that should be corrected before changing only gasket thickness.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
