A rectangle rubber seal gasket follows a four-sided mating boundary with custom length, width and thickness. The silicone component should sit on the intended contact land without its long sides bowing inward or its corners being stretched. Color and compound options can be selected for the assembly.
Compare the inside and outside corner radii with the mating faces. A rectangle measured only by overall width and length may still fail to seat if those curves differ. Locate the gasket before bringing the second part down so the straight sections do not slide away from their supports.
Apply compression through the fastening arrangement intended for the joint. Inspect accessible edges for uneven displacement rather than increasing force to hide a lifted corner. Choose the silicone formulation for the operating media and temperature. During disassembly, note whether the contact pattern is consistent along both long sides. A bowed cover or uneven support can cause repeated damage in the same region. Correct that relationship before replacing the gasket with a matching section and profile for continued use.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
