A silicone rubber vial stopper with a hole provides an outer closure profile around a defined passage. The opening through the rubber needs to suit its intended purpose, while the stopper body must match the vial neck. These two interfaces should be considered independently before checking their behavior together in the assembled part.
For a passage carrying another component, include that component's diameter, surface finish and position. Check whether installing the stopper changes the passage shape or loads the inserted item sideways. A hole left open provides a different closure condition from a solid stopper, so it should not be treated as a sealed barrier by default.
Custom molding allows the body, passage, hardness and color to be developed for the assembly. Material and cleaning suitability depend on the selected formulation and use; the vial format does not itself establish sterility or suitability for medical use. Inspect both interfaces during replacement and avoid puncturing or enlarging the molded hole with an improvised tool that could leave fragments or an uneven edge.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
