A custom silicone wire sleeve can provide a covering around an electrical wire or cable route. The bore and length should suit the component being covered, while the exterior needs clearance from nearby hardware. Develop the sleeve around the actual route, including bends and connection points.
Check the sleeve after the wire is installed in its normal position. A long cover can fold where the cable changes direction, while a tight bore can make fitting difficult or pull on the connection. Leave appropriate access for assembly without cutting the sleeve to force it over an unintended feature.
Select the finished silicone formulation for the environmental and contact conditions. Electrical ratings require assessment of the complete application rather than being assumed from the material name. During maintenance, inspect where the sleeve ends and where it meets adjacent supports for rubbing. Keep grit away from the covered region before refitting. Replace cuts or lasting distortion with the correct size, and correct an unsuitable bend or support that repeatedly damages the same area.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
