A silicone rubber ring gasket forms a circular sealing interface in a water-tank assembly. The custom dimensions need to match the receiving seat and the way the adjoining parts close. The ring should be supported around its intended contact area rather than squeezed against an arbitrary edge.
Check the groove or flat sealing face, the opening diameter, and the available compression space. A tank fitting can include shoulders or fastening features that limit how far the joint closes. The gasket thickness must suit that geometry without relying on excessive tightening to make contact.
Select the compound for the water conditions, temperature, and cleaning routine, including any specific contact requirements for the finished tank. Clean the mating surfaces before assembly and position the ring without twist. Inspect it as the joint closes so no section is displaced. Evaluate the complete connection under its intended operating conditions. During replacement, examine the tank seat and adjoining fitting for damage, because a new ring cannot compensate for a cracked or uneven sealing surface.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
