A Silicone Rubber Square Gasket follows a square or rectangular sealing path between matching faces. Its inner opening, outer boundary and thickness should be developed around the available sealing land. The overall length and width do not show whether the rubber has adequate support beside an internal recess or close to a mounting feature.
Compare the complete outline with both faces of the joint. Where a rectangular cover has long unsupported spans, include the cover's behavior in the fit evaluation. The rubber can conform within the intended design, but it should not be expected to correct a cover that bends away from the sealing path.
Select the compound for the operating environment and cleaning substances. During installation, place the gasket without turning a narrow side inward and bring the mating face down squarely. Check the visible edges before final fastening. If a replacement appears too long, compare the design dimensions and seating recess before trimming it; an altered perimeter may no longer follow the intended contact path.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The overall length and width do not show whether the rubber has adequate support beside an internal recess or close to a mounting feature. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
