A white silicone rubber flange gasket should follow the sealing face of the selected flange without entering the passage or extending into unsupported space. The molded outline and thickness need to match the joint's contact and fastening arrangement rather than just the visible outer dimensions of the flange.
Select the silicone formulation for the medium, temperature and cleaning conditions at that connection. White color may suit the assembly's appearance or identification needs, but it does not establish a particular material approval or service rating.
Before fitting, inspect the flange for deposits and damaged edges. Position the gasket using the intended locating features, then check that the opening remains aligned as the mating face is brought into place. Use the fastening sequence required by the equipment. During maintenance, examine any uneven imprint on the old gasket alongside the flange condition. Correct a seating or alignment problem before installing a replacement so the new rubber is supported as the joint design requires.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
